About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Field Service Technician to join our growing technical team. This is a contract position based in South Tangerang, Banten. As a Data Center Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of data centre equipment and systems. This role is essential to maintaining the uptime and efficiency of our critical infrastructure and directly supports our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspection, maintenance and basic troubleshooting for data center equipment.

• ⁠Support installation, commissioning and repair activities.

• Provide rapid response to emergency data center service requests.

• Support general commercial AC after-sales work when no urgent DC service is required.

Key responsibilities

• ⁠Technical background in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 2+ years of HVAC installation/service experience preferred.

• Strong hands-on and basic troubleshooting skills.
