Project Support Internship

• Provide technical support to participants, assessors, and client admins.
• Ensure operational excellence in administering Talentlytica dashboard for clients
• Act as the go-to person for handling issues raised by assessors or client admins
• Provide standby support for technical troubleshooting
• Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting any issues or concerns to the project team.
• Conduct training sessions for participants and assessors on our platform and tools.
• The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing technical guidance is a plus.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Familiar data processing using Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet formula (sumif, countif, vlookup, index match)
• Demonstrate effective, clear and professional communication
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively
