Recruitment Consultant Intern

About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you are the first point of contact with the talent market. You will search for candidates against real client requirements and make the first approach - introducing the role, checking basic fit and building interest. It is a great entry point into the recruitment profession. This position is fully remote (work from home). Please note: this is an internship position, not a permanent employee role.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the search requirements briefed by the Project Manager / Recruitment Consultant.

• Source potential candidates via the company database, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, campus and community channels.

• Make first contact with candidates by chat or phone: introduce the role and company, confirm basic fit, availability and interest.

• Record candidate profiles and outreach outcomes accurately in the database; keep the pipeline traceable.

• Support interview scheduling and follow-up reminders when needed.

• Report daily activity progress and candidate feedback to your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Enjoys talking to people - comfortable reaching out to new contacts and starting conversations.

• Friendly, clear communicator in English (our daily working language); Mandarin is an advantage.

• Responsible and reliable: follows through on tasks and reports back on time.

• Able to work under pressure and keep up with activity targets.

• Comfortable working from home with your own laptop and stable internet.

• Currently enrolled university student or fresh graduate.

Compensation:

• IDR 1,760,000 / month + KPI bonus (internship allowance)
