Marketing Ads Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, publishing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Monitor daily ad performance and prepare basic reports using key marketing metrics such as CPC, CPL, and CPF.

• Analyze campaign results to identify winning vs. non-performing creatives based on performance data.

• Support the evaluation of ad creatives in terms of relevance, messaging clarity, and impact on campaign performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into clear and structured creative briefs.

• Help ensure the end-to-end ads management process runs effectively, from campaign setup to performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate 

• Have prior exposure to or hands-on experience with paid ads tools, especially Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (academic, internship, freelance, or project-based experience is acceptable).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with numbers and performance data.

• Able to think logically and objectively when evaluating ad performance and creatives.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating or analyzing ad creatives (copy, visuals, or video).

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.

• Understanding of the customer funnel and how paid ads contribute to lead generation.

• WFO 2x/week from Ruangguru Setiabudi, South Jakarta
