Program/Curriculum Development English Language - Secondary Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the English Language Program/Curriculum for Highfield Secondary School and its affiliates

• Create teaching materials (syllabus, lesson plans, yearly/semester plans, worksheets, exam papers)

• Conduct regular program evaluations and classroom observations

• Update and revise curriculum materials as needed

• Provide teacher training and communicate curriculum changes effectively

• Communicate changes in program/curriculum to teachers

• Communicate changes and updates to teachers and conduct trainings regarding the updates

• Maintain continuous personal growth (skills, attitude, mindset, etc)

• Handle administrative tasks (reports, documentation, Google Drive uploads)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Language Education, English Literature, or a related field

• Deep understanding of Cambridge Secondary curriculum standards, syllabus requirements, and assessment criteria

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on teaching and/or curriculum development experience for Cambridge IGCSE & A-Level English Language / English Literature.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities

• Having a Responsible to Life attitude
