Tanggung jawab

• Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.
• Maintain project integrity through various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting minutes of meetings (MoM), creating Google Forms, summarizing raw data, and crafting presentations.
• Assist in building and nurturing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to our projects.
• Conduct basic market research to gather insights and support decision-making processes.
• Cover follow-up calls and meetings in the absence of team leads, ensuring continuity and seamless progress.

Persyaratan

• Final yeat or bachelor’s degree in any major, with a keen interest in project management and innovation.
• Minimum of 1-2 internships in the F&B industry or startup environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, is a prerequisite.
• Possess strong logical and structured thinking skills to approach tasks systematically.
