Tanggung jawab

• Manage end-to-end HR services processes, including employee data management and payroll support.
• Prepare and process employee agreements and official employment letters.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, dashboards, and documentation logs regularly.
• Support digital document handling and administrative processes to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Communicate progress updates clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Having internship experience in HR Services, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and reporting.
• Experienced in handling large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Familiar with HRIS systems and tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work setup.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness, and clear communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined and process-oriented mindset.
