About the role

Fluffy Fluffy is opening an opportunity for creative and experienced individuals with passion in pastry to join the team as a Pastry Chef.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce various pastry products according to company standards

• Ensure quality and consistency of products

• Control use of raw materials and minimise waste

• Maintain cleanliness of work area and production equipment

• Assist in development and innovation of pastry products

About you

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in pastry

• Master basic to advanced techniques in pastry, cake, bakery, and dessert making

• Able to maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and product quality

• Understand kitchen hygiene standards, food safety, and raw material storage

• Meticulous, creative, disciplined, and responsible

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to work with production targets and follow company SOP
