Supervisor Outlet F&B

About the role

Supervise the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate outlet team members to achieve operational and sales targets. Ensure all food, beverages, and desserts are prepared and served according to company SOPs, recipes, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer service standards and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the outlet

• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and stock opname while minimizing food waste and operational losses

• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and overall team performance

• Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reporting

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees

• Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational, inventory, maintenance, and staffing matters

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards

• Drive sales performance by achieving outlet targets and identifying opportunities to improve revenue

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Café Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the F&B industry

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of restaurant/café operations, inventory management, and food cost control

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication is an advantage

• Familiar with ESB POS System (Point of Sale), including sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting

• Experience in sales target achievement and team performance management
