About the role

Parking attendant responsible for directing and organizing vehicle parking positions for customers to ensure neat, safe, and optimal use of parking areas. The role involves facilitating smooth traffic flow as vehicles enter and exit the store area, monitoring and securing the parking area and customer vehicles while they are at the store location, greeting customers in a friendly and polite manner, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the parking area.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and organize parking positions for motorcycles and cars to ensure neat, safe arrangement and maximize parking area utilization

• Assist customer vehicles entering and exiting the store area to prevent congestion around the store location

• Monitor and maintain security of the parking area and customer vehicles during their time at the store

• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner and provide assistance if customers need help in the area outside the store

• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the parking area from light waste

About you

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent (open to students/fresh graduates)

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and communicative attitude

• Neat appearance and quick/efficient in work

• Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and national holidays

• Preferred: experience in security, store service, or parking attendant roles
