Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.

• Proficient in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other recruitment platforms.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Able to work under targets and meet recruitment timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

• Willing to be placed in East Karawang, West Java.
