About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Communication Gym professional to join our team on a contract basis in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that promote our gym facilities, services, and membership programmes to our target audience. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving member engagement, and establishing PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras as a leading fitness destination. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business growth and member satisfaction through creative and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and in-gym promotions

• Create compelling marketing content such as copy, graphics, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate gym services, membership offerings, and fitness programmes

• Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility, engage with current and prospective members, and drive membership inquiries

• Coordinate promotional events, fitness challenges, and member engagement activities to boost brand loyalty and retention

• Conduct market research and analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities and inform marketing initiatives

• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation

• Collaborate with gym management and fitness staff to align marketing messages with service offerings and organisational objectives

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and promotional activities

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand reach and credibility

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in marketing communications, particularly within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content management systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English

• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including graphic design, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Knowledge of fitness industry trends, membership models, and member engagement best practices

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Experience with event management and brand activation would be advantageous
