Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience in Marketing, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.

• Strong interest in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media.

• Good communication and copywriting skills.

• Creative, full of new ideas, and up-to-date with social media trends.

• Proficient in using Canva, CapCut, or other basic design tools.

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.

• Willing to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, with good time management skills.

Job Description:

• Assist in creating and developing content for marketing and corporate communication needs.

• Support the management of company social media and digital marketing.

• Help prepare promotional materials such as posters, flyers, copywriting, and campaigns.

• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and target audience needs to support marketing strategies.

• Assist in the execution of company campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure communication materials align with the company's brand identity.

• Monitor and document the performance of content and campaigns.

• Support administrative tasks and other marketing communication activities.
