Mandarin Translator

About the role

Provide oral and written translation support between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian for the Post-Loan team. Assist Chinese management with daily communication involving Indonesian employees, partners, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business documents, work reports, standard operating procedures, meeting minutes, and training materials related to the Post-Loan team

• Participate in daily meetings and accurately communicate business requirements, feedback, and work arrangements

• Assist in organizing business data, following up on tasks, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow

• Maintain strict compliance with company information security and confidentiality policies when handling customer and business-related information

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing

• Able to use Mandarin Chinese as a working language

• Previous experience in finance, technology, customer service, Post-Loan, debt collection, or operations is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to communicate and coordinate effectively

• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced working environment

• Willing to comply with company confidentiality and information security policies

• Willing to travel occasionally for business purposes
