Mandarin Translator

Job Description:

• Translate documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English

• Provide interpretation support during meetings, interviews, training sessions, and business visits

• Assist communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

• Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

• Support management in preparing bilingual reports, presentations, and business correspondence

• Coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese partners, suppliers, and clients

• Perform other translation-related assignments as requested by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Translation, Linguistics, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or similar role

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken), Bahasa Indonesia and English

• HSK certification (HSK 4/5/6 preferred)

• Strong translation and interpretation skills with the ability to accurately convey meaning and context

• Experienced in translating business documents, reports, contracts, SOPs, presentations, and correspondence

• Able to provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, discussions, and business visits
