Freelance Video Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Video Production Assistant to support our team for a short-term project lasting 2–4 full working days.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with filming activities, equipment setup, props, and on-set operations.

• Support production logistics, scheduling, paperwork, and script preparation.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and timely execution.

• Assist with organizing footage and files during post-production when required.

About you

• Prior experience in video production; student projects or freelance experience are welcome.

• Basic understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes.

• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Able to follow instructions quickly and work effectively with a team.

• Available for 2–4 full working days with a flexible schedule.

• Basic video editing skills are a plus but not mandatory.
