• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, technology delivery, production support, or operations management.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and enterprise data platforms, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support of business-critical reporting solutions.
• Proven experience managing BAU operations, incident and problem management, service governance, and delivery oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while balancing operational and project priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, team development, and driving continuous improvement with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and static data maintenance is advantageous.
