HRGA Operations Manager

• Organizing, developing, and evaluating Human Capital concept (Human Resource Administration & General Affairs, Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, and Compensation & Benefit).

• Able to design procedures and policies of work that support employees in a convenient workplace environment.

• Designing a development strategy for employees and organizations and a sustainable performance appraisal system.

• Analyzing and providing recommendations for constructive development based on Human Resource (HR) data enrichment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience at a managerial level.

• Deep understanding of Human Resource management trends, functions, and development.

• Strong proficiency in Indonesian labor laws, legal compliance, and industrial relations problem-solving.

• Proven ability to implement employee development programs that support business strategies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, agility, teamwork, dedication, and integrity.
