Maintenance Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related major.

• Min. 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer.

• Proficient in circuit principle and PLC.

• Having experience in the installation of new machines (SAT, IOQ, PQ, Validation Run, MP).

• Having experience in creating DFM, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF documents.

• Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).

• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.

Job Description:

• Responsible for new equipment evaluation and development.

• Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance for machines.

• Responsible for the transformation and optimization of the equipment to ensure the smooth production.

• Responsible for equipment acceptance, ensure the equipment meets the production requirements.

• Production equipment commissioning, selection, repair, maintenance and other equipment management tools.

• Improve jig, tools, fixtures, optimize and improve production efficiency.
