Junior Visual Designer

• Design visual materials to support Kitabisa crowdfunding campaigns (Partnership Team), including campaign assets, social media content, digital-offline branding, and other promotional materials.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into engaging and effective visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated on relevant visual and design trends and bring fresh ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of Partnership Team's visual communication.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Based in the Jabodetabek area and willing to work from our South Jakarta office at least 2x per week.
• Able to collaborate effectively with the Partnership team in a hybrid working environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including digital campaigns, branding, social media content, or other relevant visual work.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar tools.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, including composition, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and develop design skills.
