Architectural Designer Specialist

Tanggung jawab

• Conduct surveys and measurements for new clinics, renovations, and relocations to ensure project plans align with site conditions.
• Prepare and verify project readiness, including layout plans, 3D designs, cost estimates, and more, to ensure smooth project operations.
• Collaborate with teams, consultants, contractors, and others to plan and prepare for project execution, aiming for synergy and operational excellence.
• Execute projects according to established timelines and S-curve charts, ensuring proper control and adherence to project stages.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Oversee project inspections, including site visits, electrical tests, timeline compliance, and final account verification, to ensure punctuality and adherence to plans.
• Generate weekly progress reports and S-curve updates for continuous improvement and evaluation.
• Review contractor handover documents and validate Handover Minutes (BAST).
• Handle all administrative tasks necessary for project implementation to maintain operational excellence.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in Construction Project Support; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Having a portfolio of construction projects is a plus.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.), editing software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, etc.), and project management tools
