Designer Staff - Makassar

Job Description

• Develop and design graphics for web, social media, print, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval
• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and 3D tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.
