Procurement Officer (Event & Marketing)

Tanggung jawab

• Sourcing suppliers of goods and services
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
• Create purchase orders
• Aware of ERP system
• Monitor delivery of goods
• Work closely with the projects team to understand details or procurement requirements

Persyaratan

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, all major
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Procurement / Purchasing Role - direct/indirect Procurement
• Experience in marketing service ( sourcing for printing, merchandise, Branding, POSM, Electronic Hair Tools) will be advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
