Japanese Speaker M365 Specialist - IT Solutions (A-133950)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese IT Solutions Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker M365 Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Office 365 system

• Manage operation for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power BI products

• Finding log on 365 systems

• Working together with end user helpdesk and IT team

• Managing ticketing system using ServiceNow

• Update configuration document and license

• Managing team operation and escalate case to customers

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

• High-conversational level Japanese preferably N2 and conversational English proficiency

• At least 1 year experience as IT Support/Helpdesk or Microsoft 365 administration, experienced in troubleshooting

• Familiar with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive configuration

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
