Japanese Speaker - Cost Accounting Supervisor (JLPT N1/N2)

What you'll be doing

• Manage day-to-day cost accounting operations, including the calculation, maintenance, and variance analysis of standard vs. actual costs.

• Lead the budgeting process and maintain seamless coordination between factory personnel and Japanese management.

• Prepare and analyze key management reports, such as Gross Profit and cost-per-product reports.

• Support monthly inventory valuation, financial reconciliation, and regular physical stock-taking (stock opname) activities at the Karawang factory.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Language Skills: Mandatory Min JLPT N2 Certification (Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written, for business and technical financial reporting)

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a Manufacturing/Factory environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strong cross-cultural communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to work on-site in Karawang.
