Trade Marketing Executive - Medan

Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or Equivalent

2. At least 2 years of working experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development in FMCG Company is necessary. Have channel GT, MTI, Milkshop work experience is a plus

3. Required Skills: Strategical Thinking, Analytical Skill, Management Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Familiar with Microsoft Office

4. Familiar with area Makassar

5. Adept personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead area strategy based on consumer, shopper, and channel insight

2. Collaborate with trade marketing head office and sales team for execution channel strategies

3. Analyzing monthly KPI's Performance to find issue and improvement for increase sales achievement

4. Implementing, monitoring, and improving all channel activities
