Accounting and Tax Staff (Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining general ledger entries and account reconciliations

• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Preparing financial statements and supporting documentation in accordance with accounting standards

• Supporting tax compliance activities including preparation of tax returns and documentation

• Assisting with tax planning and advisory matters for clients

• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation

• Liaising with clients, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders regarding accounting and tax matters

• Supporting audits and regulatory compliance requirements

• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports

What we're looking for

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (diploma or degree)

• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices

• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English

• Prior experience in accounting or tax roles is advantageous
