Accounting & Tax (English Speaker)

Purpose:

• 确保公司所有财务交易的记录准确、及时且符合现行会计准则，并保证PT Jide Electric Indonesia的所有税务义务均在遵守政府法规的前提下得到妥善管理，以支持企业问责制及业务运营的顺畅进行。
  To ensure that all the company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable accounting standards, and to ensure that all of PT Jide Electric Indonesia’s tax obligations are managed in compliance with government regulations, thereby supporting accountability and the smooth running of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 审核所有收付款单据、报销、发票（Faktur Pajak），录入会计凭证，登记应收、应付、存货账务，出具账簿
  Review all payment and receipt documents, expense claims and tax invoices (Faktur Pajak); enter accounting entries; record accounts receivable, accounts payable and stock ledgers; and prepare accounting books.

• 负责全套税务：VAT、PPh21、PPh23申报，生成e-Faktur，准备代扣税证明，配合税局稽查。
  Handle all tax matters: submit VAT, PPh21 and PPh23 returns; generate e-Faktur; prepare withholding tax certificates; and cooperate with tax authority audits.

• 按月银行余额调节表（Bank Reconciliation），与出纳核对资金台账
  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and verify cash ledgers with the cashier

• 存货核算：原材料、半成品、成品出入库单据审核，归集生产成本
  Inventory accounting: review documents for the receipt and dispatch of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods; allocate production costs

• 编制本地法定财务报表，按要求提供数据给国内总部，配合合并报表
  Prepare local statutory financial statements, provide data to the head office in China as required, and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements

• 整理、装订、归档会计凭证与税务档案，满足印尼税法
  Organise, bind and file accounting vouchers and tax records in accordance with Indonesian tax law

• 跟进BPJS、THR相关账务处理，对接审计，完成其他财务相关安排
  Oversee accounting procedures relating to BPJS and THR, liaise with auditors, and complete other finance-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 Akuntansi 会计专业
  D3/S1 degree in Accounting

• 最少2年制造业/PMA外资会计+税务实操经验，熟悉印尼税制（VAT, PPh21, PPh23, e-Faktur）
  At least 2 years’ practical experience in accounting and taxation within the manufacturing sector or at a PMA (Foreign-Invested Enterprise), with a thorough understanding of the Indonesian tax system (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, e-Faktur)

• 英文读写优先，懂基础中文加分
  Proficiency in reading and writing English is Mandatory; a basic understanding of Chinese is an advantage

• 熟练Excel；会 Accurate / SAP 优先
  Proficient in Excel; experience with Accurate or SAP is Mandatory.

• 严谨细致，了解内控，单据合规意识强
  Meticulous and detail-oriented, with an understanding of internal controls and a strong awareness of document compliance
