IT Support Intern

About the role

IdScore, Indonesia's leading credit information service, is offering an internship program in the IT Division. This is a 3-month opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of credit information services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical assistance to end-users effectively and ensure smooth IT operations
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure
• Document IT support processes and update technical manuals
• Support IT team in daily tasks and ongoing projects

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
