IT Support

We are looking for an IT Support person for our Surabaya office of up to 25 staff. You will keep the office IT running day to day and support our research and development (R&D) work.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, network, email, printers, and software

- Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and backups

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and keep a simple record of assets

- Support the R&D team with their tools, data, and technical setups

- Keep systems secure, licensed, and up to date

- Document fixes and write simple procedures for common issues

Requirements:

- D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk

- Hands-on with Windows, Google Workspace, and basic networking

- Reliable, patient, and able to explain technical matters in plain language

- Good Bahasa Indonesia and working English

Nice to Have:

- Experience supporting an engineering or R&D team

- Familiarity with servers, CCTV, or access-control systems

- Experience in a small office where you are the only IT person
