Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and/or Flow Builder.

- Design and implement integration between Salesforce and external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support Salesforce configuration, automation, data modeling, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce technical solutions.

- Collaborate with Business Analyst, QA, developers, and other stakeholders throughout project implementation.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for application issues and enhancements.

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Technical Consulting, or related roles.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and/or Salesforce Flow.

Familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integration is preferred.

- Good understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions is preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
