Salesforce Functional Consultant - Placement at Finance Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements through workshops with Sales, Marketing, and Service stakeholders.

- Configure Salesforce declarative features including page layouts, custom objects, validation rules, Flow Builder, and Omni-Channel routing.

- Configure and support multi-channel customer journeys using Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio).

- Collaborate with data teams to support customer data mapping, profile unification, and identity resolution within Data Cloud.

- Develop testing plans, conduct UAT, prepare training materials, and support user adoption.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.

- Proven experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Exposure to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is highly preferred.

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Consultant are preferred.
