About the role

Legends Bistro Bar & Sports is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect. As Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of our establishment are immaculate, welcoming, and well-maintained. Your work directly contributes to creating memorable experiences for our guests and supports the smooth operation of our hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all guest areas, including dining spaces, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards

• Change and launder linens, including tablecloths, napkins, and other soft furnishings on a regular schedule

• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and upholstery care as required

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management

• Empty and replace waste bins throughout the establishment in a timely manner

• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning support or amenities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas and equipment

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management immediately

• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily cleaning schedules and targets

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar cleaning role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

• Basic understanding of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
