Host/Hostess Restaurant

We are looking for HOST/HOSTESS at L'Osteria Pizza e Cucina Uluwatu

Job Description:

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a smooth seating process

• Take and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with the kitchen and waitstaff.

• Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed

• May be involved in promoting special offerings and upsell items to enhance the dining experience

• Be familiar with the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist guests with questions and recommendations

Job requirements :

• Min. 1 year experience as Hostess or customer service role in hospitality

• Positive attitude, Disciplines and responsible

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage

• Must work well in a team

• Can speak English
