General Qualification:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (Guest Relations/ Butler Supervisor/ Head Butler).

• Excellent in speaking and writing English.

• Excellent management, leadership, operation and administration skill.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service oriented mindset.

• An enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and good personality.
