Customer Service professional with experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) to join our team in Yogyakarta, handling tickets related to Maps Ops Location Selection with 100% accuracy for Location Selection, POI and other Maps Ops Related.

About you
Minimum S1/D3 or bachelor's degree from Geography
Experience as a Customer Service representative or in a related role
Ability to understand and interpret GIS (Geographic Information System) data
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with targets and a strong customer service orientation
Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday
Residing in or willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
