Position: Fulfillment Manager

Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics

• Strong experience in managing high-volume B2C and e-commerce fulfillment operations

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, picking, packing, and outbound

• Experienced in managing large warehouse teams and multi-shift operations

• Strong understanding and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

• Experienced in capacity planning, manpower planning, productivity management, and operational cost optimization

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable order processing aligned with business and customer requirements

• Capacity & Manpower Planning: Plan warehouse capacity, manpower requirements, and shift allocation based on order volume, business growth, and operational needs

• KPI & Performance Management: Monitor fulfillment and warehouse KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, SLA, and operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement

• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, improve fulfillment speed, and optimize warehouse efficiency

• Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, including manpower and warehouse-related expenses, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Chain, E-commerce, Commercial, Customer Service, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment operations
