Position: Staff Formulator Skincare
Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Skincare Formulation or R&D within the cosmetics manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of skincare formulation, including creams, serums, toners, cleansers, and sunscreens.

• Familiar with ingredient compatibility, pH optimization, solubilization, emulsifiers, and gelling agents.

• Able to troubleshoot product stability issues and conduct stability test analysis.

• Experienced in preparing technical documents, including Master Formula and raw/finished product specifications.

• Experience in a cosmetics contract manufacturing facility and knowledge of CPKB/GMP are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate, and optimize skincare products based on product requirements and quality standards.

• Conduct laboratory trials, evaluate formulation performance, and perform stability testing.

• Troubleshoot formulation issues related to product stability, compatibility, and physical or chemical properties.

• Ensure formulations meet established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Master Formula and product specifications.

• Collaborate with related departments to support product development, scale-up, and production trials.
