Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for a Floor Supervisor

Giselle Canggu Bali is seeking a professional and energetic Floor Supervisor to oversee daily service operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the service team and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations during service

• Ensure smooth coordination between service, bar, and kitchen team

• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally

• Lead and support waiters/waitresses during peak hours

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area

• Assist in staff briefing before shift

• Monitor staff grooming and service standards

• Support scheduling and manpower arrangement

• Ensure SOP implementation on the floor

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations

• Help with opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English (preferred)

• Able to work in fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

• Well groomed and professional

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong knowledge of service standards

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
