About the role

Prepare and process various types of dimsum according to standard recipes. Perform preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating of dimsum while maintaining quality, taste, shape, and consistency of products. Maintain cleanliness of work area and apply food safety and hygiene standards. Support smooth kitchen operations.

About you

• Minimum SMK Tata Boga/Culinary or equivalent qualification

• Experience as a Dimsum Cook preferred

• Proficiency in making various types of dimsum; ability to make Xiao Long Bao is an added value

• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene

• Quick, meticulous, disciplined, and able to work in a team

• Willing to work shifts
