Purchasing F&B

About the role

This role involves managing the procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and operational needs for F&B operations. You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and ensure orders meet requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines. You will monitor inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams, while maintaining purchasing administration and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct purchasing processes for raw materials, packaging, and F&B operational requirements

• Search for and evaluate suppliers and conduct price negotiations

• Create purchase orders and ensure orders align with requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules

• Monitor goods availability and coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams

• Perform purchasing administration and documentation

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in any field, preferably Management or Purchasing

• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience, particularly in F&B or restaurant sectors

• Understanding of purchasing processes and negotiation capabilities

• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Excel

• Detail-oriented, communicative, responsible, and able to work towards targets

• Willing to work in a dynamic work system
