About the role

As a Rental Agent, you will be the main point of contact between leads, tenants, and property owners — matching prospective tenants with the right properties, presenting listings, following up on inquiries, and managing rental transactions from first contact through check-in and check-out.

Key responsibilities

• Track rental rates, market conditions, and competitor activity across different areas

• Understand leads' needs, match them to suitable properties, and prioritize high-conversion prospects

• Present listings clearly and attractively, highlight neighbourhood benefits, and conduct property inspections or virtual tours

• Follow up promptly per company SOP and sales funnel, sharing new listings, offers, and price updates to drive conversions

• Maintain accurate CRM records of follow-ups, transactions, inspections, and tenant communication

• Assist with lease negotiations, ensure documents are properly signed, and oversee smooth check-in/check-out processes

• Build strong relationships with leads, tenants, and owners, acting as the main point of contact for tenant concerns

About you

• Excellent English skills — speaking, writing, and listening

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the real estate industry or hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Proven customer service and sales experience

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record keeping

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

• Comfortable working outside the office and able to ride a motorcycle (valid SIM C) for property inspections and client viewings

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
