Claim Analyst (Non-Motor Lines)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process non-motor claim reports, then forward them to the Quality Assurance team

• Review and analyze non-motor claims to provide appropriate recommendations

• Assess claim decision submissions to ensure compliance with policy terms and company guidelines

• Conduct surveys and coordinate with the insured to collect complete supporting documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Insurance, with at least 1 year of experience in non-motor claims

• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills

• Knowledge of general insurance concepts and workflows

• Good communication skills in English
