Health Claim Officer (Perawat)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing, processing, and resolving health insurance claims

• Assist customers with the administrative process of submitting health insurance claims to the head office/branch office

Requirements:

• Minimum education background of a Diploma (D3) in Nursing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in medical analysis and diagnosis techniques at nursing level

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel); service and solution-oriented

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
