Operational Monitoring & Data Analyst (GM Support)

About the role

Assist the General Manager in conducting operational project monitoring through the Clappia application, CCTV, and Load Scanner (LS) data, as well as processing and analyzing data to detect deviations and provide accurate information as a basis for management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor completeness, accuracy, and consistency of operational data input in the Clappia application

• Monitor project activities through CCTV and record and report abnormal incidents

• Monitor material ritase and volume through Load Scanner (LS) and compare with field reports

• Analyze anomalies, data discrepancies, and indicators of productivity decline and identify possible causes

• Create and update dashboards and operational monitoring reports for the General Manager

• Assist in developing monitoring systems, data integration, and simple automation to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data processing

• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new applications, with interest in technology and data analysis

• Understanding of basic programming, database, and simple automation; SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script skills are advantageous

• Analytical capability, attention to detail with numbers, and ability to identify data inconsistencies and provide solutions

• Proactive, responsive, communicative, and able to work independently and in teams

• 1–3 years of experience in data monitoring, operational support, MIS, or IT support preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical and analytical capabilities may be considered
