The Floor Captain serves as the main mentor for Servers and provides basic training on service etiquette, work procedures, and customer interaction.

The Floor Captain is responsible for ensuring that the work area remains clean, organized, and hygienic. Conduct routine inspections of dining tables and service areas to ensure they meet restaurant standards.

Record and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the Restaurant Manager.
