Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Develop and implement sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential clients & BoD
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery
• Track, analyze, and report business development performance and pipeline progress
• Attend networking events, industry forums, and client meetings

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using Mandarin in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into clients
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Active & multitasking
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
