Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Business Development role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships, with a specific focus on Mandarin-speaking markets and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners
• Conduct market research and identify potential markets and business opportunities
• Develop and execute business development and partnership strategies
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute business initiatives
• Monitor market trends and provide business development insights to management

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any major
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, target-oriented, and business-minded
• Strong interest in AI, technology, and digital platforms
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
