Business Development Assistant (Non-Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This is a Business Development Assistant position supporting the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within an AI and digital technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and collect relevant business information
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, and other materials
• Support communication and coordination with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Follow up on business development activities and partnership opportunities
• Maintain and organize business development data and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the execution of business initiatives
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to Business Development
• Monitor business development activities and provide regular updates to the team

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any major
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
• Able to conduct research, collect information, and prepare reports
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
