Languages Required: Mandarin (fluent, mandatory) + Bahasa Indonesia (fluent); good English is a plus

PT Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Assistant BD who is fluent in Mandarin. You will support the Business Development team in liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, and assist with daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BD team in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

• Translate business documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.

• Support administrative processes and coordinate business development projects.

• Prepare reports, proposals, and other business documentation as needed.

• Schedule meetings and follow up on business leads.

Requirements

• Minimum high school/vocational diploma (D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Fluent Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good English communication is a plus.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or administration.

• Experience in technology, e-commerce, or the internet industry.

• Experience working with Chinese-speaking management or partners.

• Comfortable using AI tools to support translation, reporting, and research.
